Meet Mary Kay’s new book- Spring Fever…
I’m on chapter 7, but I was hooked by page 2!
Without giving too much away, it’s about a woman named Annajane Hudgens and it’s set in a small, sleepy, Southern town called Passcoe, North Carolina- a place “where old flames and deep secrets reside, and the past is never really gone.” Annajane truly believes she’s over her ex-husband, but while attending his wedding to his too-perfect, new fiancee, Celia, fate intervenes, and she starts to think maybe she’s been given a second chance…and maybe, just maybe, she wants Mason back.

Love Mary Kay. I got sucked into my advance copy of “Spring Fever,” too. Spent most of yesterday reading it and neglecting all kinds of things I should have been doing instead. Ha. I’m hoping to finish work early today so I can get back to it–got to find out what happens! 🙂

Would love to read this book during our beach vacation.
About three weeks ago, I discovered Mary Kay Andrews. After reading so many dark contemporary novels, her books were like a breath of fresh air. Thus began the reading marathon: I took two weeks and read every one of her novels, except one which I listened to on audiobook (while reading another at home). It felt like a vacation without leaving home! I’m thrilled to see that she’s released a new novel!

I LOVE MKA! I’ve read all her books but one so far and laugh til I cry ot cry til I laugh during all of them! Isn’t she the greatest? She is in my opinion. Also, as far as Southern Women’s humor goes, she IS the very best!!
