I love how Lisa decorated that big, angled wall in her living room. What a great use of that (potentially challenging) space! Dying to know where she got that ceiling fan fixture too. Something like that would be perfect in Jim and Katie’s Bungalow Barn!

Layla, Lowes carries a ceiling fan fixture like that. I have definately seen it on their website!!
I love that hand letter Laura Ingalls quote. Those books are still so important to me as an adult and I find myself turning to their wisdom now that I am a mother. (that time when Ma, giving up after waiting until dark for Pa to come home, goes out to milk the cow, but she’s up against the gate, so Ma slaps her to move… then realizes it’s a bear and makes a run for it with Laura to the house! that gets me every time)
We’ve been doing only barely instagram-worthy things around the house lately. Like sharpie-ing tiles on the kitchen walls. 🙂
