My LuLaRoe inventory arrived and I felt like a kid in a candy store going through it all the other night. 😀 I’ve got about 350-ish pieces, and I can hardly wait to photograph them and get the photos uploaded to my Roe With Me website. There are so many pretty fall prints, textures, and colors!
I kept a few pieces for myself (of course!) and my absolute favorite is the floral-print “Randy” baseball tee I’m wearing in the photo below:
(That’s a “Julia” dress on the right)
I also grabbed that eggplant-colored “Cassie” skirt. You can’t tell from that photo, but it has a really neat texture and is super stretchy and soft. The thing I love about outfits like that is, it feels fancy but it also feels like pajamas! 😀 Another thing I love is that Steevenson always says “Ooooh! Mama bèl!” whenever I wear dresses or skirts. Sort of makes me want to wear them every day. 😉 (Note: Bèl means beautiful in Haitian Kreyol and I got several more Cassie skirts in that, and other Fall colors. I will post a close-up photo of the texture on the Roe With Me site!)
(That’s an “Irma” top and those are OS leggings)
If you’re not familiar with LuLaRoe clothing, but interested in checking out my inventory next week, here are some helpful photos I found on Pinterest. These are the names of the various LuLaRoe styles and how much they cost:
I won’t be carrying evert style right away, but I will carry Julia, Amelia, Cassie, Maxi, Randy, Irma, Classic Tee, Lindsay, Sarah, and Leggings. (One-Size (OS) only because Tall & Curvy are on backorder)
This next chart talks about how everything fits:
Make sure to check out the sizes (in pink) on the right side of that photo and then size accordingly based on the descriptions on the left.
Here is a sneak peek of some of the prints I got in my initial inventory:
The blue lace in the middle right photo is a kimono and it is SO pretty in person! I didn’t think I was a kimono or blue lace person, but I really wish it had come in my size! 😀 (I think I got a medium and a large in that one?)
Oh- that reminds me: half the fun of being a LuLaRoe consultant is that you never know what prints you’re going to get in any given style. So, for instance, if I order five Small Julia dresses, five Medium Julia dresses, and five Large Julia dresses- I know how many of each size I’m going to get, but I have no idea what kind of fabric they’ll be made out of, or what color/print they’ll be until they get here. Doing it that way not only keeps things fresh from sale to sale, it also cuts out any competitiveness between consultants, because everyone always has a completely different inventory.
(That’s an “Amelia” dress)
(That’s a “Joy” long-line vest)
(Those are OS leggings)
(That’s a “Randy” baseball tee)
I’m not sure exactly what day my launch sale will be yet- we’re still waiting on a few supplies we need in order to photograph and ship. I’ll be sure to keep you posted here and in my (private) Facebook group: LuLaRoe Layla Palmer.
Thanks to everyone who has joined me over there so far…
…our family appreciates your encouragement so much!

I’m loving the photos of you and your young gentleman ( telling his Momma she looks beautiful! What a great kid!)
I always feel I’m too short for the longer vests, I’m 5’4 which I think is close to your height, and the light blue lace one looks great on you! It’s so helpful seeing the clothes on a person, thank you for posting photos! And the shoes you chose for each outfit give great ideas too! Best wishes in your new endeavor!
Hi! I had never even heard of LulaRoe until your blog but I can’t wait to check them out! Clothes that feel like jimmies??? Right up my alley! (Love the pics of you and your boy!)
That’d be jimmies!! 🙂
Jammies! Oh my goodness, autocorrect!!!
Layla, I really had no idea about lula roe . . . I’m excited to follow along with you on this
New adventure!
Go get um! XO
Oh my goodness, that long line vest…MINE!!!
Steevenson’s ornery little smile slays me every time!
I love LulaRoe!! If you ever get a pair of Castle leggings in OS, please let me know!!
Call me crazy but I am in love with all your shoes!!!! Could you give us details please? Good luck with this new venture!
I’m hoping the Amelia dress comes in my size and the print I’m swooning over!
Layla, I am blown away by the prices. (In a good way!) Not at all what I expected!
Will Facebook be the only way we can purchase from you? I am hoping not, because I’m not on Facebook. 🙁
Would there be a way for us to see and feel the fabrics in person and try on things if we’re local?
Thanks for letting us know about this opportunity to purchase from you!
My Great granddaughter 4 has been following your story and loves the photos of Sonny but the first thing she said when seeing this one was ” ooh I love his mum’s pretty pink top” Best wishes from Isobella in London
My daughter is pregnant. She’s a kindergarten teacher, so she needs comfortable clothing, that allow her to move easily. I’d love for her to try this clothing line. My question has been asked already, but I’m wondering if she must find a seller in her arena to purchase from?
Hi Chris!
Congrats to you and your daughter!
If she wants to try the clothing on before she purchases it, she could find a consultant in her area, otherwise I’d love to be her (online) consultant if she’s interested in shopping with me! 🙂
I looked up here in Australia if we have any consulants There are none! I ought to start up a consultancy here in Melbourne. How to go about it though?
I love the clothes..so pretty and so different!
They look so good! Comfortable and stretchy and such a good cut. I’m in Australia, I haven’t looked through all the clothes yet, I wonder if I ordered several pieces it would be worth sending them down here.
I’ve never heard of LuLaRoe before….but I like it!! After ten years in a job where jeans and tees were the norm, I’m now in a situation that calls for business casual – and these look perfect!! One question: I’m tall (6 foot) and wear a size 12, do you think any of these clothes would long enough?
Oh you just look so pretty and happy!!
Can’t wait to see the clothes. I’m hearing about these all the time but have not seen them in person.
I too am in Australia & wondered if I could sell them here as it seems a suitable job for a stay at home Mum, & the styles and fabrics look very comfortable.
Layla, how do you earn an income from being a Rep. Is it sales based?
I thought I recognized your leggings as LLR in your homecoming post a while back!!! lol I’m excited to see this, I just got hooked about a month ago and I won’t admit to how many leggings I’ve bought since then.
Hi Layla, I hope in the future you will carry some Nicoles. I am looking forward to seeing all the great clothes you have available! ?
I have been reading your blog for years and I will happily shop LLR from you! I just got into the brand less than a month ago as a shopper and have fallen in love. So thrilled for you!
