Quite possibly one of my favorite bedrooms in all the land, right there. The combination of the blues on the furniture, with the soft green on the chalkboard and muted brass frames makes my heart sing!

Okay- I know that’s not an interior pic, but it sure did stop me in my tracks because my family had a huge strawberry patch when I was a kid. People came from all around to pick pails full of them, and boy did that shirt bring back memories! Has anyone been to the Strawberry Patch Spring Market they’re advertising? That sounds like a lot of fun too!

I was wondering if I could ask you a quick question. We just bought a 70’s home and remodeling. The den has 8ft ceiling with dark faux beams. There are two ceiling lights with rounded globe light fixtures. They are not a pretty sight. What type of fixtures could I replace with those? I don’t think hanging ones would work since the ceiling is only 8ft high. Thanks for any ideas. I look your blog and look forward to seeing your ideas every day.
I love strawberries so that last picture caught my eye. Miss Mustard Seed’s pic caught my eye also, yes, the gold frame but that sweet picture of the birds and yellow flowers – I like!!
