5 Instagram Photos That Stopped Me In My Scroll

May 2, 2017 By Layla

Hello! Each Wednesday I share some of the photos that stopped me in my tracks while I was scrolling Instagram the previous week. Here are this week’s pics!

1. @LifeOnVirginiaStreet:

The (gorgeous!) wall colors are Benjamin Moore’s Hale Navy and Behr’s Castle Path, and here’s a link to Sarah’s post about the rest of the room: Office Updates And Our New Desks

2. @PrvbsThirtyOneGirl:

Wow! What a pretty space! The awesome windmill ceiling fan is the Quorum 60 Ceiling Fan. It’s spendy, but MAN is it a showstopper! 😀

3. @StockRoomTN:

I love a good around-the-corner collection of art and photos, don’t you?

4. @AtHomeWithTMarie:

*Sigh*. Don’t you just want to move right in? 😀 I especially love how the pendant lights are mounted to the bottom of the shelf above the headboard, and how she used french doors as a room divider.

5. @HollyAudreyWilliams:

Check out that before and after bathroom! I love the big old sink and that they were able to use that space at the end for a large, walk-in shower!

Happy Wednesday, friends!

It is rare that people would say “let’s get rid of a closet” but that last example shows what a good idea it can be.

I love it all but I’m surprised that there is so much WHITE… With children you will find that white is not child friendly

I haven’t found it to be “not child friendly”. We love our white slipcovers, bedding, and white painted surfaces! 🙂

I think that last one, where you thought was a closet, might have been a non-working shower used as storage. But I could be wrong.
Love the first shot – that desk and wall color! I have to have color, no way could I live with so much white. But I know a lot of folks embrace it. Pretty, but not me at all.

I absolutely LOVE the fan in #2!!! It would be great in the new home my daughter and her family are building!! If I can talk her into it LOL. And the transformation in #5 is amazing. It turned out to be such a beautiful space!

I also love all of the white. We have white slipcovers too, and 6 grandchildren and a wild and crazy Blue Heeler. I’ve washed mine covers once in a year and a half. My old house was mostly white and my daughter called it a “hospital”. But I loved it!

Oh my. is there nothing Holly Williams can’t do? Always loved her songwriting but
she’s a decorator too? Love it!

Well these pictures stopped in my tracks too. Love the bedroom and bathroom.
