Thought-Full Thursday: Hope Heals

Apr 6, 2016 By Layla

“When we most need our intangible God to be made tangible we need to look no further than His people to make Him manifest.”
-Jay Wolf, co-author of Hope Heals

Jay Wolf | Quote | Hope Heals

The quote above came from Jay and Katherine Wolf’s book Hope Heals. I just finished reading it and I feel like I want to give a copy to everyone I know. It’s one of those books.

I’ve blogged about Jay and Katherine before, and as a friend, I felt like I knew a lot about their story. Boy was I wrong. There was SO much more to the story, and this book they’ve written together is such a moving account of what they’ve experienced and learned over the past 8 years.

Like Bob Goff said, “it’s a duet sung by two humble people…filled with a score of authentic high notes and painful low ones”. It’s about “what they’ve learned about love when the cadence of their lives unexpectedly changed”.

I highly, highly recommend it for anyone looking for anyone looking for a book about hope. Hope that really heals, in even the deepest parts of your soul.

I remember reading about them..only the love and blood of Christ could paint this story
in such a beautiful way..the world would see tragedy, Heaven sees triumph.
