Oct 4, 2011 By Layla

I’m visiting a friend in Tennessee today, but I wanted to pop in and post a Fall craft idea Kev and I had fun working on a while back to remind you about Kate’s Fall craft ideas link party that’s happening today! Make sure to swing over to her place if you’re looking for lots of links to fabulous Fall craft ideas!

Click on the photo above for our “Silhouette Pumpkin” step-by-step instructions, and hope you have a happy Tuesday!

How cute! It would be so cute to do a “his and hers” silhouette pair!

That’s REALLY cool. It would also be really fun if the bun in her hair was a spider!

Such a cute idea for pumpkins. I like to see them used in unordinary ways.

What a cute idea! It looks so chic and sophisticated, but doesn’t look ridiculously complicated to create. Thanks for sharing!

Wow what a beautiful pumpkin! I would never have thought to use it as a blank canvas like that. Great idea.

SO pretty! I’m kinda sad that being a real pumpkin eventually the work of art will be gone! 🙁

I keep seeing Michael’s ads for these fake craft pumpkins that you can carve and use year after year… I haven’t been to see how they look in person, but I bet you could use one for this project. They’ve been 50% off lately too! 🙂

    Layla,

Your silhouette pumpkin is beautiful. {I bet Max’s little profile would look sweet on a mini-pumpkin!} Hope you and Kim enjoyed your time together.
