I couldn’t stop at the sign, y’all.
I *had* to hang something on the wall by the pantry, too.
I mean, didn’t it just *need* a 165-year-old french door from New Orleans-turned-wall mirror, adorned with a live boxwood wreath??
I thought so, too. 😉
PS- I picked up the door at a local flea market on Tuesday ($135) and had a local glass company cut and install the 12 little panes of mirrored glass on Wednesday ($5/each). I had to leave the house for this project, but man do I love it when a ginormous statement piece comes together affordably and lightning fast, don’t you? 😀
Such a great idea. Beautiful result.
This French door is really what sets your kitchen apart. It gives it that extra hint of personality that makes it cute and welcoming to guests. I also love how you added a wreath. This door lends itself to be decorated differently for each change in season and special holidays, which means something new for guests to enjoy each time they visit!
