That one day my friend Laura Jean introduced me to her friend Carlie Elizabeth…
…who was so sweet to invite me over to help her dream up ideas decorating ideas for her bedroom…
…and then let me tag along and throw my two cents in at EIGHT of my favorite local stores…

…and trusted me when I said it might be neat to have a desk on one side of her bed instead of two matching nightstands…
…and got a little nervous when I got reeeeally excited about this $34 chest of drawers…
Don’t worry, Carlie. We can definitely do something with that. 😉
Lots of painting, and hanging, and accessorizing to do over the next few weeks. I can’t wait to share the room reveal with you here when it’s all done!
