5 Instagram Photos That Stopped Me In My Scroll

Dec 20, 2016 By Layla

Hello! Each Wednesday I share some of the photos that stopped me in my tracks while I was scrolling Instagram the previous week. Here are this week’s picks:

1. @Birdie_Farm:

What is it about three twin beds lined up in a row? 😀 Such a cute bunk room!

2. @OurFauxFarmhouse:

The chalkboard with the potted evergreens- so fresh and pretty!

3. @BeginningInTheMiddle:

If you haven’t seen the blog post about the bathroom that Bryan & Catherine renovated, you *must* click here: Pearl Street Master Suite Renovation

4. @HouseOfJadeInteriors:

#ThatTileInTheBottomRightTho #HubbaHubba #GetInMyBathroom

5. @HomeStoriesAt0Z:

Beth is in the middle of a bathroom renovation right now and I absolutely LOVE the cement tile she chose for the floor!

PS- I’ve been tagging these round-ups on Instagram with the hashtag #InstaWednesdayRoundUp if you’d like to see them that way over there!

Boy that Pearl street bathroom is stunning! Thanks for including the link to see the rest of its photos. The black, white and walnut sure works well together. That patterned black and white tile is WOW!
Layla there seemed to be a black and white theme in those picks, will we see a similar project in the addition?

Maybe someday you can give us a lesson on cement tile. I absolutely love the look but don’t know how they wear compared to other tiles. Are they more expensive? Do you have to seal them? So many questions…

      Hi Angie!

I don’t know a thing about them, but if you visit Beth at Home Stories A to Z, I know she’s going to do a great job of documenting her process! 🙂

The ones we used in our Pearl St bathroom were actually porcelain, so they’re low maintenance and less expensive 🙂 Check out Merola at homedepot.com!

That Pearl Street bathroom – wow! I never would have thought to mix all those tiles together like they did but it works so well! And now I’m lost in their blog and the Christmas cookies will not get made today 😉
