Y’all know about my friend Lucy’s jewelry, right?
For those that don’t, she makes her creations from architectural salvage and vintage jewelry and I am just crazy about the stuff!
She sent me this necklace recently, and I literally gasped when I first saw it:
Ya see that strand of cream & gold vintage leaves that make up the right side of the chain? My Grandma Evelyn had a necklace just like that, and man does it makes me smile every time I see it. 🙂

Finding the joy in mothering is sometimes hard. It’s when I wear personalized necklaces with meaning to them that remind me where my joy is found as I hear the necklace jingling as I move throughout my day.
Love Mother’s Day because we get to have my daughter, me and my mom together. Also my sister and her kids as well. Love time with family. We have a wonderful lunch and time together with our families and the grandkids.
There’s nothing as special as a Mother’s love! I hope all Moms get to have a hot meal while sitting down on this Mother’s Day! 😉

My kids make me the center of their attention on Mother’s Day, and I absolutely eat it up! There’s something about receiving their collective love that makes my heart overflow.
