Happy April, y’all! 😀
We met up with our friends, the Hutchersons, in Nashville for Easter and had such a great holiday weekend! Steevenson asked us if there was any way our families could move in together so that we could be one big family, so it’s goes without saying, he had a GREAT time. 🙂
We snapped that pic at Night Train Pizza. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to try their Music City Star pizza. Mozzarella, shaved parmesan, tomato, arugula and “tennciutto” ham…mmmm!
And if you’re in Nashville on a Sunday, check out Ethos Church inside the Cannery Ballroom. What an incredible time of worship and powerful Easter message!
It was unlike any other Easter message we had ever heard, or worship service we had ever been to. So powerfully authentic and pure and intimate! Tears just streamed as I stood there, praising the Lord, while the worship team gently led us, without ever speaking a word between songs. And what an absolute blessing to be able to gather there with some of our very nearest and dearest as the easy-going pastor explained Easter in a way that felt so unexpected and thought-provoking. Good stuff!

Now, then. Since we spontaneously ran off to Nashville last Friday, I never had a chance to share my Let’s Go! video like I had planned. This one was from the day I visited Tuesday Morning and Amy’s Antiques. Two of my favorite places to hunt for fun finds!
Hope those ideas were inspiring, and that you’re having an awesome April so far! 😀

Geez, Louise, you are so cute! Somebody better hurry up and give you your own show! Love catching all your “Let’s Go” ideas. Keep ’em coming!
I agree. You would be a hit on HGTV. Let’s start a campaign. Love your 5 today. I have 2 barn frames and love them.
She and Kevin had a little stint on HGTV a few years ago. I loved it and hated when it was done!
Oh, no- that was on TheDesignNetwork.com, not HGTV, but thank you so much for your kind words about it, Renee! 😀
There’s a SaraBeths restaurant in NYC so that fruit preserve may be from her. She is known for her breakfast menu.
Yes, if you love SaraBeth’s jam and you’re ever in NYC you should probably go. Be warned though- she has more than just jams (i.e. brunch, scones, cookies, etc)!
I love when you do “the five”
I came to my computer to watch the video rather than watch on my phone. The video doesn’t show up on my computer. Hmmm… back to my phone to watch instead.
Weird! Not sure why it wouldn’t play on your computer (it plays on mine) but I’m guessing it has something to do with your browser needing to be updated. Maybe try using a different browser? (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.)
You’re a stitch! Love seeing your ideas!
Hey Layla! I love these videos- they’re so fun and inspired! Any chance you can hold your phone sideways so we see it full screen on our end? Thanks!
Thank you, friend! And these are actually filmed to share in my Instastories, so that’s why they’re vertically oriented. Not to worry though, I pull the full screen in when I’m editing these for my blog, so you’re getting the same view. 🙂
Hi – Any chance we are going to get to see or hear anything about your in-laws moving in?
Sure! I look forward to sharing a post about that when more projects are finished and boxes are all unpacked. 🙂
