Remember that one time we used Stikwood on our fireplace makeover?
We stuck it to the front of the built-in cabinetry and on the frame around the upper part of the fireplace, as well as on the sliding shutters we made:
Well, I helped my friend, Tim, with another Stikwood project recently, and thought I’d share the “after” photos here in case anyone out there is thinking about getting the Reclaimed Weathered Wood White planks and wants to see more photos of what it looks like.
First, here’s a wide shot of the area Tim stuck his planks to:
It’s in his home recording studio, and I love the way it adds character to that corner!
Here’s a close-up shot so you can see the colors and texture:
The nail holes are my favorite. 🙂
Last, but not least, here’s one of Tim precious family because they’re the ones that really makes this place pop!
And here’s a video that features his cute fam if you’ve got a moment to watch/listen:
Tim is such a great songwriter, and the lyrics on that one feel like such an important invitation into a really powerful perspective.
I’ll be back Wednesday with more Insta-inspiration. Until then, be safe and well, friends!
