Happy Friday, friends!
I finally had a chance to put together a list of my favorite black and wood/leather bar stools, so I thought I’d share them here today.
1. Damien, 2. Benson, 3. Tilden, 4. Willows, 5. Laurel, 6. Ella, 7. Woodstring, 8. Modway, 9. Tig, 10. Juno
I’m still leaning toward #9 for our kitchen. Which one is your fav?
I’m going to keep this short and sweet because we’ve got a really fun project going on in the bedroom today. I look forward to sharing some photos of it on Monday!
Happy weekend!

my favorite is #5

Well, I like # 9, also. I think Steevenson would have a lot of fun with # 1. I can see him turning around and around on the stool adjusting the height if the seat is really adjustable.

Love #10!

My fav look is #5, but I think #10 looks the most comfortable.

4
It seems the easiest to keep clean 🙂
Susan
I like #9 too!
Anita
#1
swivel bar stools are the best. Plus I love the shape of the whole thing.
Lisa
I think it depends on how often you use the bar stools……Because if it’s a lot comfort is key. Especially if you lean back, #9 looks like it would be uncomfortable.
.i like the look of #5.
Kay
Because of Steevenson pick one with a back – so much safer! Also, it is easier and more fun to have one that’s spins!
cindy hattersley
I agree with you! Specifying the same for a client…comfortable and chic
MK
I loved #3.
Pam
I love number 5!
Chrissy
Can you find some white and wood bar stools since that’s also a hot trend right now!? Would love to see that.
All of these are spot on! I’ve had my eye on #4 for a bit.
Carol
I got the Tilden stools but returned them because they pinch fingers. They’re designed with a platform under the swivel seat so that if you hold the side of the seat your fingers get pinched.
Jenny
Food for thought: I have #2 and they are light weight & easy to move, and slide all the way under my counter b/c they are backless… but not comfortable to sit on for more than 5-10mins.

I really like a nice supportive back on my chairs….so number 5 is for me.
Monica
I like them all and have had several this style – but we always go back to something with a cushion as I use our large counter area as a work space!

I like 6 as the gray would tie in nicely with the subtle gray in your back-splash and seems a little more delicate than 5. But I could go with 5 as well. I see that 9 seems to be a favorite, but it seems more industrial, less farmhouse to me.
Layla
Yes! That’s what I’m most drawn to. Farmhouse/Industrial is my jam! 😀
Kimberlee
5 is my first choice, then 3. I love having a back and a wide seat for comfort.

I’m not having any luck finding bar stools. I, too, like #9 the best but those stool backs look almost painful…. I bought a pair saddle bar stools at Sam’s and put them together only to find out they were too tall once we sat on them under our marble overhand. Back they go. Still on a quest.
Teresa
Layla, be sure to let S try them out for safety. I ordered some industrial/metal/wood stools for my island, and my four year old granddaughter (at the time) tipped it over the first time climbing on it. 🙁 I sent them back! I did get the style I wanted but it had legs that were farther apart for more stability. I like #5 for safety if it is tip-over proof!
Christina
I love #5! It looks comfy with a back & really stylish!
Heidi
8 or 10 seem the easiest to keep clean. That’s a big deal around here with lots of sticky fingers!
Monica
I’ve had my eye on something like #4 for a long time, but man, #10 is really calling my name. It just looks so comfortable, substantial and still simple. Love that it has a back too. Thanks for the list! They are really all very nice stools.
Tammy
I like #1!
Lorrie
I’m crushin on #5!
angela
i like #5
Lauren
I love #1 or #6 or #9!! They would all look great in your space.
