Wow! Have y’all seen Beth’s bathroom makeover?
I loooove that cement tile she used!
And speaking of tile…I was at Robert F Henry Tile here in Montgomery yesterday, and I saw this similar-looking one:
I was shocked when the saleswoman told me it was ceramic! They had it in gray too:
I did a quick Google search and found this photo which features a smaller version of the black one here:

Adorable, huh?
Turns out it’s from Stonepeak’s Palazzo line, and it’s called Florentina Deco. I think the gal at the tile shop said it runs about $7 a square foot.
Anywho…I just thought I’d share in case someone out there was looking for something along those lines, but scared to splurge on cement!

I love the look of cement tiles—they were often in old properties we visited during our search, and they always had timeless charm, whatever their age.
We chose ceramic versions of cement tiles for the 17th century apartments we renovated in the south of France. Ceramic are certainly less expensive than cement, as well as easier to install and easier to maintain. Ours are from a Spanish company, Mainzu. You can see them here for the bathroom: https://francetaste.wordpress.com/2016/12/13/beforeafter-bathroom

OMG – just what I’ve been looking for…have to see if it’s available somewhere near us here in Ontario Canada!! Thanks so much for this post!!

Mannington has a similar look in vinyl. It’s called Filigree and is available in 4 colors.
Does anybody know of a countertop laminate that looks like white with colorful bright confetti sprinkled on it? I want the colors to be like Fiestaware. I’ve searched high and low and haven’t found anything yet.

Check out the Wilsonart website. They have some fun 1970s designs.

I have. They do have some nice designs, but I haven’t fallen in love with any of them. None of them match that pesky vision in my head! HaHa.

I just googled “confetti look countertop” and clicked on images. There’s a solid surface Formica there ( among others ) that is called All that Jazz. See if you can find it.

That’s sold in Home Depot and Lowe’s!

I actually have this exact tile in my bathroom and laundry room and I love it!

Our bath in progress….black and white ceramic tile. It was purchased at Home Depot. Just search black and white tile.

I guess I’m not in the loop…why not just pour colored cement, score/stamp it, and seal it? If one wants a design, use stencils and paint before sealing. Why individual tiles?
That said, the bathroom remodel is lovely!

Oh, I posted this because it seems like there are a lot of folks out there that *don’t* want to pour cement or use cement tiles (because of the maintenance), but love the look of cement tiles. I thought this was a great alternative.

I absolutely love the look of patterned tile in bathrooms. I think it is a great way to really add a flair of your own personality to a small space, without it being overwhelming. Thanks for sharing the source, always looking for good deals on great materials.
Annie
I keep coming across this beautiful tile. I love this!
Susan
I used this tile in our oceanfront “urban Bali” complete gut of a dated 80s space that had great bones! Xo. You can see it here http://www.vrbo.com/813752 I LOVE it and so do our guests! (scroll to the bathroom pics)
