Hello! Each Wednesday I share some of the photos that stopped me in my tracks while I was scrolling Instagram the previous week. Here are this week’s picks!
This photo is actually from a couple of years ago, but I saw it pop up in someone else’s feed this week and had to share. I love the idea of using a little faux fur on the hearth like that. Softens the edge and beckons you over to sit!
In her caption, Susan said, “Thanksgiving is coming and with that comes my most favorite thing…tablescapes! I just love to style them! Accommodating for each unique table, and its quirks is such a fun challenge. For instance, when adding the ‘centerpiece’ to our vintage farmhouse table, it ends up being an ‘end piece’ instead since our table is pretty narrow. This autumn tablescape was my favorite! I added our Painted Fox Home lanterns to the end, and filled them with squash, mini pumpkins and glowing candlelight! I love how it turned out!!”
Natalie’s caption read, “I can’t even believe my heart eyes! I’m dying over this sign from Hope @signsofhope.ar ! If there was ever a sign heaven, I would be in it. ❤️ I mean who doesn’t want to visit the Kris Kringle Bed and Breakfast for some cozy sugar plum dreams? 🙌🏻 I had so much fun working on this fun design with Hope. She sure has a genuine sweet heart and I’m so blessed to have met her. Head over and give her a follow and check out all of her other amazing designs!”
Jessica’s caption read, “Are we ready for some Christmas inspiration? I couldn’t wait any longer to share my gorgeous sign from Jen @harpergrayce 😍 and I’m sure you recognize the stockings from the new Hearth & Hand collection at Target. I fell in love and bought one for each of my kiddos. I wanted to personalize them, so I added these custom wood tags made by Jennifer from @stoneriverhomeco. Aren’t they perfect? They’d be great on gifts, or used as place cards at the table, too! More Christmas inspo coming soon and I’ll be sharing our kitchen makeover progress this weekend!”
Abigail’s caption read, “Cats out of the bag! Our home is in @countrylivingmag this month! It seems like ages ago but it was so much fun and I will never forget the experience. @davidtsay and@lizstrongstyle you guys are incredible. The pictures are beautiful!”
I’ve gotta get my hands on that issue to see what the rest of Abigail’s gorgeous home look like! 😀

The first one with the stockings is my favorite this week. I’m an instagram newbie; I know, I must have been living under a rock to have waited this long! I just clicked over and am following you on IG now:)
