Happy Tuesday, friends!
We (spontaneously) decided to run off to Tybee Island last Thursday, so I took another little break from blogging to introduce our Sonny to one of our most beloved vacation destinations on the planet. Kevin and I have been visiting Tybee together as a couple for years, but this was the first time we visited as a family of three. It was such a special trip!
I’ll share more about it later this week, but I’m a couple of weeks behind on sharing my “Let’s Go!” webisodes here, so I thought I’d start to get caught up on those here first!

Thanks for swinging by today, y’all…and hope to see you here again tomorrow!

Yes, yes, please post more about Tybee. My family will be going there for a family reunion in August. Can’t wait! Love your blog and your sense of style and humor!
You are so adorable! I love everything you do, and have been a fan for years, but I particularly loves you’re tip about repainting the sign or stacking the plates! Also, on a side note, I love your hair that length😉
I foresee a blooper video! I would totally Fan Girl you in Home Goods if I still lived in PR, AL!
I love your blog. Thank you. I would think the store owners would love you. Do they ever give you a bad time?
Love these post! Maybe a disclaimer “no fist fight occurred during the filming of this blog post” 😂😂!!
Looking forward to reading about your Tybee Island trip!
You are my comedic relief!! Modern day Lucille Ball. I so look forward to your
shopping trips. If Home Goods knew how many people you sent there way, they would probably make a spot for you. But, I am with you, the stories make it even better!!
I’ve done the same thing, using baskets to hide the un-pretties. Like a blow dryer. I found a basket that had a arched top. It opened and closed with a latch. I placed it up against a wall on my bathroom counter, the side that had a plug. Made a cut out big enough to put the adapter through. If that bothers you, you can hot glue the cut out back in. I hate flat irons and blow dryers left on the counter and this helped. I didn’t want to put up one of those hotel things.
On the wire baskets, I would add those little silicone peel and stick tabs to each corner on the bottom if you’re worried about scratching up your shelves.
While a fight might be kinda funny and watching you hauled off to the pokey, please don’t do it. How will we be able to see your finds in Home Goods again? Priorities , you know.
Oh snap! I spied those lamps, but wasn’t sure I wanted to spend $50 each for little used guest room lamps. But I reeallly wanted them. Talked myself out of ’em! Shoot! Now you make me want to go back and get them!
Loved the paper plates idea too! Always buy a cool basket, you can figure out what to do with it someday!
Love this series!
